Lincoln Evans-Beauchamp, Chief Executive Officer
Lincoln Evans-Beauchamp founded Purify Solutions after inventing its technology. He is a successful serial entrepreneur of high-technology companies. He has been the Director of Data Mining of IDS Software Systems and PDF Solutions, and CEO of EWA Systems prior to founding Purify Solutions. Lincoln has over 20 years of power plant-related experience. Earlier in his career, Lincoln worked as a nuclear engineering group leader and as a Navy officer at Naval Reactors, the U.S. Navy's nuclear power command, where he worked on the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the US Navy's submarines, cruisers, and aircraft carriers. Additionally, Lincoln was the lead R&D engineer at Northrop Grumman's Marine Systems Division, where he radically accelerated the propulsion and power plant design process bringing Northrop Grumman into the shipyard business. Lincoln is a recognized leader in the fields of power plant design and computational analytics. Lincoln received a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from Stanford University, where he was the recipient of the Don Valentine Fellowship; a certificate of Nuclear Engineering from Bettis Atomic Power Laboratories; and a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Webb Institute.

Thomas E. (“Ted”) Dickenson, Chief Financial Officer
Ted Dickenson formerly was CFO of Import Watches Inc., an import-export consumer goods distributor in San Diego. He has in-depth experience in product development, contracts management, engineering project management and marketing in the shipbuilding industry, where he worked for several years with National Steel and Shipbuilding Co. (now a division of General Dynamics) and then Derecktor Shipyards. Ted holds an MBA in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he specialized in manufacturing management at Northwestern's Master of Management and Manufacturing (MMM) program. He also holds a Master of Science in Ocean Systems Management from MIT, and a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Webb Institute. Ted is a former small business owner.

Edward DuCoin, Chief Operating Officer
Edward DuCoin is an accomplished sales and marketing executive with a long history of successful entrepreneurship. Edward grew his first company, Impact Telemarketing, from a college business plan to a 1000-employee firm that went public on NASDAQ. Ed has attained numerous entrepreneurial awards, including a feature in Success Magazine that recognized him as one of the “Most Successful Entrepreneurs in the Country”. Over the past eight years he has founded three companies and raised over $20 million in equity investment. Edward earned a degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He is the published author of the best seller “Wake Up & Live a Life You Love” and recently published the business novel “The Glass is Half Full and Frozen”.

Bruce Tortoreti, Chief Sales Officer
Bruce Tortoreti has over 35 years experience in the transportation industry. Upon graduating from the University of Delaware in 1972 where he was a starting offensive lineman for the Blue Hens' 1971 NCAA national championship football team, Bruce worked for Roadway Express for 8 years before starting multimodal transportation company Combined Express in Bristol, Pennsylvania in 1980. With his partners Bruce grew Combined Express into a $125 Million company. Upon selling the company through an ESOP in 2005, Bruce semi-retired, and working as an independent consultant until he joined Purify Solutions full-time. Bruce has extensive contacts with many transportation related service providers in fields as varied as real estate (warehouse leasing), banking (benefit purchasing and financing), union relations, purchasing (equipment, parts, fuel maintenance programs, equipment leasing), information systems, and purchased transportation (railroads and trucking). Bruce has been married for 30 years and has two children.

Mark Adair, Emissions Testing Director
Mark Adair is an alternative- and renewable-energy industry leader, consulting to companies internationally including KL Energy, O2 Diesel Inc, Biofriendly Corporation , World Wide Energy, LLC and Helios. Areas of specialty include product development and CARB / EPA approvals for alternative Diesel fuels, catalyst design, engine testing cells and emission controls. Mark is the inventor and patented holder of a catalyst injection system, a NOx control system and a metal catalyst. He has designed, built and managed several emission testing laboratories. Past employment includes: Extengine Transport Systems where he built emission analyzer benches and data acquisition systems to CARB durability testing standards; Cleaire a division of Cummins West where Mark designed emission control testing and laboratory equipment; and Emission Testing Services, Inc where Mark was responsible for field testing and heavy-duty diesel engine development in North and South America, Asia and India. Prior to consulting, Mark started his own company, Adair Diesel Power, which provided maintenance for heavy-duty Diesel engines in marine propulsion and stand-by generator sets. Customers included Time-Warner, Cal-Cot, Dow Jones, and TRW. In 1990 Mark managed Advanced Combustion Technologies a diesel emission testing laboratory. From 1983 to 1988, Mark served in the United States Army as a field service mechanic for M1 tank transmissions and engines.
