Marine engines are most commonly diesel engines. Under special circumstances, marine engines utilize steam boilers as part of a steam plant. Purify Solutions has products and services that apply to both circumstances.
According to IMO regualtions, it is the engine manufacturer's responsibility to verify that an engine's emissions are in compliance with regulations at delivery. After delivery, it is the responsibility of the ship operators to maintain an engine to those emmission standards every two and a half years. Purify Solutions assists ship operators fulfill their emissions monitoring and testing requirements.

Emissions Control and Fuel Efficiency Systems
Purify Solutions makes diesel and boiler emissions control and fuel efficiency systems for marine engines. Purify Solutions' Catalytic Booster and Combustion Purifier products enable compliance with the strictest emissions control regulations, such as IMO Tier III, EPA Tier IV or CARB Level III. Purify Solutions' systems increase a ship's fuel efficiency between 5 and 10%, paying back the cost of the system in about a year and returning extra profits for the remainder of the ship's life.
